For over five years, interp.coop has been providing professional interpretation and event management services to the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA).

We are more than a service provider — we are a network of interpreters who share the same co-operative values. From Brussels to Delhi, Geneva to Tehran, our members and partners are united by a deep commitment to human connection, solidarity and professional excellence.

For many years, we have devoted our energy and expertise to interpreting for European institutions and the United Nations, building trusted relationships that reflect the dedication we bring to every assignment. Our solid framework contracts and ongoing partnerships are a testament to our reliability and the confidence our clients place in us.

The pandemic was a turning point that shaped our path. Faced with sudden restrictions, we swiftly adapted to the new world of online meetings, helping ICA and many other partners run successful webinars, working groups and statutory sessions in virtual and hybrid formats. Our interpreters embraced new technologies to stay close to our clients and continue delivering quality, wherever they were.

Today, we cover ICA’s statutory meetings in every corner of the world — from board meetings to general assemblies — in all the organisation’s official languages. We also make it a point to work with trusted local providers and teams from the different delegations who are themselves part of the co-operative movement or who share its core values, ensuring our commitment to people and community is reflected in every aspect of our work.
